What you need

cup creamy peanut butter

cup oat flour

cup unsweetened almond milk

flax egg

ripe banana

cup coconut sugar

pinch salt

tsp vanilla extract

tsp baking soda

cup coconut oil
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray or line a muffin tin. Add bananas to a large bowl and mash with a fork. Stir in the flax egg, coconut oil, coconut sugar, peanut butter, vanilla and salt and mix well. Add the almond flour, oat flour, baking soda and almond milk and stir until smooth. Divide the batter evenly among the 10 muffin cups and bake for 25 minutes. Drizzle with some more peanut butter and enjoy.View original recipe
