Preheat oven to 350F. In a medium bowl, mix together all of the ingredients for the filling (apple, maple syrup, lemon juice, cinnamon, cranberries, arrowroot powder) and pour into a small cast iron skillet or oven-safe dish. In a separate bowl, whisk together oats, walnuts, almond flour, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in maple syrup and coconut oil until well combined. Spread the topping mixture over the apples evenly.
