cup almond milk

oz hemp hearts

cup old fashioned oats

tsp cinnamon
fresh blueberries

oz chia seed

slice almond

oz powdered peanut butter

splash vanilla extract
Instructions
Combine equal parts old-fashioned oats and chia seeds in a pot. Cook on the stove with some cinnamon, almond milk, a splash of vanilla extract, and a scoop of peanut butter protein powder until desired consistency is reached.
