What you need

dark chocolate bar
tbsp cacao powder

tsp peppermint extract

pinch salt

tbsp coconut oil

tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a reusable silicon baking mat. Combine all the ingredients in one bowl. Scoop into tablespoon size balls, and then flatten down into a classic thin mint shape. Bake for 15 minutes. Let cool completely, then melt your chocolate. Dip cookies into chocolate, refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to let it set, and then ENJOY!View original recipe
