Delicious gluten-free and vegan pancakes perfect for a snow day or a relaxed morning, made with oat and almond flours and unsweetened applesauce.

What you need

pinch salt
cup unsweetened applesauce
tsp baking powder

tbsp maple syrup

cup unsweetened almond milk

cup oat flour

tbsp ground flaxseed

tsp baking soda

cup almond flour
Instructions
1. Whisk together the applesauce, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla. 2. Add the dry ingredients and stir to combine. 3. Scoop 1/4 cup of batter onto your pan and cook for about 5 minutes on medium heat until you see bubbles. 4. Repeat until you use all the batter. 5.
