Snickerdoodle Cookies

Not sure when “snickerdoodle season” is (fall or winter) but all i have to say is they are 10000% the most underrated cookie 🍪

What you need

pinch salt

cup coconut flour

cup maple syrup

tbsp coconut sugar

tsp cinnamon

tsp vanilla extract

tsp baking powder

cup coconut oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, whisk together all the dry ingredients. In a medium bowl, mix together the wet ingredients. Add the wet into the dry and stir until well combined. Chill dough in fridge for at least 30 minutes. Take about 1 tablespoon of dough and roll into a ball. Roll ball in the mixture of coconut sugar & cinnamon and then place on baking sheet. Repeat until all the dough is used. Flatten each cookie dough ball slightly. Bake for 10 minutes & enjoy.View original recipe
