cup almond flour

tsp vanilla extract

pinch salt

cup coconut oil

cup unsweetened almond milk

cup coconut sugar

ripe banana

cup oat flour

flax egg

cup creamy peanut butter
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray or line a muffin tin. In a large bowl, add the bananas and mash them with a fork. Stir in the flax egg, warmed coconut oil, coconut sugar, creamy peanut butter, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt, mixing well. Add the almond flour, oat flour, baking soda, and almond milk to the wet ingredients and stir until the batter is smooth. Divide the batter evenly among the 10 muffin cups and bake for 25 minutes.
