cup fresh squeezed lemon juice

flax egg
lemon zest

cup maple syrup

tsp salt
cup almond flour
tsp baking powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 7x7 square dish with parchment paper (or use a loaf pan). In a large bowl, add all ingredients and whisk until well combined. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 50 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting. This is super important because it will be very moist; you can even place it in the fridge to set.
