Preheat oven to 350. Combine sugar, oil and vanilla in a large bowl or stand mixer and beat until well mixed, then add the egg. Slowly beat in the flours, baking soda and salt. Beat peanut butter into the dough and then fold in peanuts and cereal chunks. Place tablespoonfuls of dough evenly spread on a nonstick baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes. Let cool & enjoy!
