A simple and delicious dinner side dish of oven-baked potato wedges, seasoned with olive oil, salt, pepper, rosemary, and oregano, offering a healthier alternative to store-bought frozen fries.
Preheat your oven to 425°F. Cut your potatoes (russet potatoes are recommended) into wedges, fries, or chips. Spread the wedges onto a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil or avocado oil. Season with salt, pepper, rosemary, and oregano (or your preferred seasonings). With a spatula, mix and toss the wedges until they are all evenly coated with oil and seasonings. Bake for about 20 minutes and then flip/mix the wedges around with the spatula. Bake for another 20 minutes and enjoy!
