A delicious and healthy cranberry apple crisp recipe that was a huge hit for Thanksgiving. It's a great option for breakfast or dessert, perfect for using up leftovers without feeling the need to "make up for" holiday eating.
- Preheat oven to 350
- In a pie dish, mix all the filling ingredients
- Make the topping: In a mixing bowl, combine all crisp ingredients and mix well
- Spread oat mixture evenly over the apple and cranberries
- Bake for 40 minutes, putting a sheet of foil on top half way through
- Let cool for at least 5 minutes before serving (although i can never wait so i never do lol)
- It goes great with df vanilla ice cream, yogurt, or I topped mine with @truwhip which is a healthier whipped topping with all tea ingredients without any artificial colors or flavors & no high fructose corn syrup & tastes sooo good and creamy!
- Store leftovers in fridge for up to a week (if you don’t eat it all before then 🤪)
