What's Thanksgiving dinner without bread? Being gluten free for the holidays can be super tough, but this recipe for a 4-ingredient, no-knead gluten-free baguette has you covered.
Whisk together all the dry ingredients. Slowly add in your water, stirring constantly. Do not overmix, but mix until well combined. Cover the bowl and let the dough rise (overnight is suggested). The next day, shape the dough into two large baguettes on a well-floured baking sheet (you will need to flour your hands to work with dough). Allow the dough to rest again, this time for at least 1 hour (2 hours is suggested). Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and score the baguettes (about 4 scores per loaf). For a crusty bread, place a casserole dish with about 3 cups of hot water on the bottom rack of the oven, with the tray of baguettes on the top rack. Bake for 30 minutes, then remove the casserole dish and bake for another 30 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly, slice and enjoy.
