Dark Chocolate Banana Freezer Pops

Cut however many bananas you want in half, insert a popsicle stick in each one, and place in the freezer for at least 1 hour. Meanwhile, prep your toppings. Once the bananas are frozen, begin melting your chocolate. I used @lindt 70% dark and melted it in a chocolate dipping machine I have but you can also use your microwave or a double boiler. Dip the banana halves into the chocolate and then roll in your toppings or place on wax paper to drizzle (immediately). Place the chocolate covered bananas back in the freezer for at least 30 minutes and then enjoy! You can wrap them on plastic wrap and keep them in the freezer for 1 month!
