Ingredients: 1 piece large apple; 0.25 cup runny almond butter; 1.5 tbsp date syrup (or maple syrup); 0.25 cup unsweetened shredded coconut flakes; 0.5 tsp vanilla extract; pinch salt; dark chocolate for melting

Instructions

Start by slicing and coring your apple. I used a large boba metal straw. It may be easier to core the apple before slicing but tbd. Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl, then top each slice with this mixture. Melt the chocolate in a small bowl. Then drizzle a little over each slice. Place in the fridge to allow the chocolate to harden for about 20 minutes or so. ENJOY!
