So I made these for Easter, but they are SO GOOD that I don’t want to share them… WHY HAVE I NOT DONE THIS SOONER??!!! these might be my new literal fav snack / sweet treat / dessert EVERRRR (i do say that a lot, but I promise these are A MUST TRY)
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, and line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper
2. Drain and rinse your can of chickpeas
3. To a food processor or blender, add your chickpeas, almond butter, maple syrup, coconut sugar, vanilla extract, almond flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt and process until smooth
4. Pour batter into your prepared pan, and even out with a spatula
5. Sprinkle with your chopped chocolate
6. Bake for 30 minutes, or until toothpick inserted comes out clean
7. They will be super gooey and delicious, and will firm up as they cool
8. Let cool, slice, and ENJOY
