Preheat oven to 350F. In a medium bowl, mix together all of the ingredients for the filling (apple, maple syrup, lemon juice, cinnamon, cranberries, arrowroot powder) and pour into a small cast iron skillet or oven-safe dish. In a separate bowl, whisk together oats, walnuts, almond flour, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in maple syrup and coconut oil until well combined. Spread the topping mixture over the apples evenly. Bake in oven for 30 minutes or until the topping is golden brown. Let cool slightly and then enjoy.
