1. Whisk together the applesauce, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla. 2. Add the dry ingredients and stir to combine. 3. Scoop 1/4 cup of batter onto your pan and cook for about 5 minutes on medium heat until you see bubbles. 4. Repeat until you use all the batter. 5. Top with your favorite toppings - I used homemade cranberry chia jam, creamy peanut butter, and @eatsupernola triple berry granola (my current fav granola). 6. ENJOY 😊
